Mountain Bikes Special Notice
All MOUNTAIN BIKES must stay within the city limits of Oro Valley, Tucson and Vail. Mountain bikes may not be taken up Mount Lemmon, CDO, Milagrosa trails. All mountain bikes come with a microchip inside the frame that activates an alarm. $200 fee assessed to your credit card for the deactivation of the alarm. All trails in Oro Valley, Tucson, Vail, including Tucson Mountain Park, Sweetwater, Gabe Zimmerman are fine. Damage to bikes is billed at MSRP plus labor. This rule is ONLY FOR MOUNTAIN BIKES.

After you book, Tucson Bike Rentals will text you the unit number and combo code.

Pick-up and return at our storage unit.

If you have any problems, text 520-260-8293 for lighting fast response!! We are here to make your bicycle rental experience and vacation wonderful.
Towing service is located next door and they will tow your car. Please take advantage of free parking BEHIND The Holiday Inn Express. In addition to being towed, we get fined $100, which will be assessed to your card.

For restrooms there is a Quick Mart gas station in front of Life Storage. Customers are FORBIDDEN from using restrooms at HI Express and Life Storage. They will not allow you to enter.
After you park behind Holiday Inn Express, you will see the west side entrance of Life Storage facing the Tucson Loop Bike Path.

Self Service Rental Bike Unit Entry

Enter entry pad access code provided by customer and go to unit number provided by customer service.

Getting to 50 Year Mountain Bike Trail

Google Voice Catalina State Park. You can take Oracle on the shoulder 1.2 miles and enter the park after you pay $3. Volunteers will give you a map to the entrance of the 50 Year Trail.
OR, bike on The Loop and go UNDER Oracle road and head over to Catalina State Park. Use Google directions, clicking on the biker icon.

Returning Bikes


Return your bikes to our storage unit. Lock and scramble the code and PLEASE PLEASE text us.

Getting to The Loop


The 130 mile car free bike path is directly behind the building. Take a left and you have 127 miles to go. OR you can go north and use the path to go to Catalina State Park, going under the highway.

You will see a golf course to your left and right after you pass La Canada and the huge water tank. Get off the path and ride north on their cart path and you go right to their restaurant. GREAT food and plenty of beer.

Riding past Omni Resort you will see a huge driving range to the left. Negotiate your way over there. They have a fantastic restaurant.
